Global Organic Textile Standard certification covers our organic cotton processing — from incoming yarn through cutting, sewing, and finishing. Most importantly, we issue a GOTS Transaction Certificate with every organic shipment, which is the document your buyers need to legally market their finished products as organic in the EU and US.

As a family that has worked here since 1972, we have direct, multi-decade relationships with the region’s most skilled fabric weavers, dyers, and finishers — many of whom are now in their second or third generation as suppliers to us. This is how we control quality on inputs that don’t happen under our own roof.
You tell us what you’re building — products, target market, brand vision, certifications needed, target landed cost. We respond within 48 hours with our honest assessment of fit. The founder reads every enquiry personally.
Once we’ve aligned on specs, we develop physical samples to your exact requirements — free of charge, including courier to your country. Lead time: 2–3 weeks for standard products, 3–4 weeks for new fabric or fill development.
You approve samples in person or via courier. We confirm final unit pricing, MOQs, packaging specs, and lead time for the production run. Written PO and pro-forma invoice issued. No hidden costs, no surprises in the final invoice.
Once payment terms are agreed, production begins. Photos and updates from our floor through the run. In-process QC at fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, and pre-pack stages — documented under our ISO 9001 quality system.
Final QC against agreed AQL. Pre-shipment photos shared for your sign-off. We welcome third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at your cost if you prefer additional verification.
Balance due on QC approval and shipment. We handle full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, GOTS transaction certificate, fumigation certificate. FOB Chennai or your nominated freight forwarder.
Indicative terms only. Every project is scoped individually — final terms are agreed in writing after the conversation, sample, and PO stages. We’re flexible where it makes sense.
MOQs depend on fabric, fill, and customisation. Boutique brands launching new lines can typically start small; established brands placing repeat orders enjoy progressively better pricing as volume grows. Tell us your situation and we’ll respond with what’s realistic.
Standard production runs complete in roughly 30–45 days. Larger orders or new fabric sourcing may extend to 60 days. Sea freight adds 25–40 days; air freight 5–10 days. Confirmed timelines committed in writing at PO.
We accept wire transfer in USD or EUR, and Letters of Credit for larger orders. New partners typically begin with partial advance terms; established repeat partners often negotiate balance-on-shipment or net terms. Tell us what works for your business.
We handle export from Chennai port (or Tuticorin for selected destinations). Sea LCL/FCL or air freight. CIF pricing on request. Coordination with your nominated freight forwarder: free.
We don’t charge for samples, and we cover the courier cost to your country. We believe new partners should evaluate the actual product before committing to anything — without the friction of sample fees or shipping invoices.
